Returns and Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from receiving the order. Feel free to contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +201011762268, or through our Facebook page or our Instagram Account: @stitch_egypt, and we will process your request ASAP.

For any product to be returned or exchanged, it has to be:

1. In its brand new condition.
2. Never been worn or washed before.
3. Has all the packaging and labeling material on it (Polybag, Ticket, and Hangtag).

Exchanges and returns are fulfilled by our shipping partners, 

You will be refunded for the Total product value and NOT the shipping value (For example, if your order total was 800 LE+90 LE Shipping, you will be refunded for 800 LE). You will be refunded for the shipping cost ONLY in the following scenarios:

1. We shipped a different product/color/size than the one in the order (For

شروط إستبدال أو إرجاع المنتج:

• أن يكون المنتج في حالته الجديدة و لم يتم إستخدامه.
• لا يوجد بالمنتج إتساخ أو رائحة
• لم يتم غسيل المنتج
• وجود جميع خامات التغليف (الكيس/التيكت/الهانجتاج)

يتم رد قيمة المنتجات بالكامل لكن لا يتم رد قيمة الشحن إلا في هذه الحالات:

• إستلام منتج غير الذي تم طلبه في الأوردر
• وجود عيب صناعة (في هذه الحالة يجب إرسال صورة واضحة للعيب الموجود)
