Returns and Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days from receiving the order, feel free to contact us via phone or whatsapp on +201093666626, or through our Facebook page or our Instagram Account: @stitch_egypt, and we will process your request ASAP.

For any product to be returned or exchanged, it has to be:

  1. In it's brand new condition.
  2. Never been worn or washed before.
  3. Has all the packaging and labeling material on it (Polybag, Ticket, and Hangtag).

Exchanges and returns are fulfilled by our shipping partners, 

You will be refunded for the Total product value and NOT the shipping value (For example, if your order total was 500 LE+55 LE Shipping, you will be refunded for 500 LE). You will be refunded for the shipping cost ONLY in the following scenarios:

  1. We shipped a different product/color/size than the one in the order (For
  2. You received a defective item (You will have to send us a photo of the manufacturing defect and we will take care of the rest)
